This policy explains how order cancellations, returns, and refunds are handled on the DealsNation Platform.
By placing an order through the DealsNation App or Website, you agree to the terms stated below.

This policy applies to all product and service categories available on DealsNation, including:
2. Order Cancellation
2.1 Customer Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before vendor confirmation or dispatch.
Once the vendor accepts and begins preparing or packing the order, cancellation may no longer be possible.
If an eligible order is canceled, the refund will be credited only to the user’s DealsNation Wallet.
2.2 Vendor Cancellations
A vendor may cancel an order due to product unavailability or technical issues.
In such cases, the full amount will be refunded to the customer’s DealsNation Wallet.
2.3 Delivery Partner Cancellations
If a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address, unreachable customer, or refusal on delivery, applicable delivery charges may be deducted.
The remaining refundable amount (if any) will be credited to the DealsNation Wallet.
3. Return Policy
3.1 Food & Perishable Items
Returns are not accepted for food, beverages, or perishable items once delivered.
Returns are only applicable in cases of:
Wrong item delivered
Damaged or spoiled product at the time of delivery
The issue must be reported within 2 hours of receiving the order.
3.2 Non-Perishable & Retail Items
Returns can be requested within 24 hours of delivery if:
The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Returned products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
3.3 Medicines & Pharmacy
Returns are not allowed for medicines unless:
The product was incorrectly delivered, or
The item is expired or physically damaged on delivery.
4. Refund Policy
4.1 Refund Method
All refunds will be credited only to the user’s DealsNation Wallet.
Wallet balance can be used for future orders on the platform.
After Admin Approval refund will be made to bank accounts, UPI, or external wallets.
4.2 Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable in the following situations:
Order canceled before confirmation or dispatch
Vendor-initiated cancellation
Wrong or damaged product reported within the return period
Failed payment or duplicate transaction

5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
Order delivered as per description and accepted by the customer.
Delay caused by traffic, weather, or external conditions.
Incorrect address or customer not available at delivery location.
Food or grocery items consumed after delivery.
6. Wallet Usage Rules
Refunds credited to the DealsNation Wallet or Premade System and non-refundable to cash.
Wallet balance can only be used for future orders or services on the platform.
Wallet credits may expire after 12 months from the date of refund if not used.
7. Dispute Resolution
In case of refund or return disputes:
Users must raise a complaint through the DealsNation App → My Orders → Report Issue section.
Our team will investigate and respond within 4–5 working days.
DealsNation’s decision will be final for refund or compensation approval.
