Welcome to DealsNation, a digital marketplace platform owned and operated by DealsNation (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By downloading, accessing, or using the DealsNation App or Web Panel, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.
1. Definitions
“Platform” refers to the DealsNation mobile app, website, and admin/vendor/delivery panels.
“User” means any individual using the platform including vendors, delivery partners, customers, or affiliates.
“Vendor” means any business or individual selling products or services through DealsNation.
“Delivery Partner” refers to individuals or entities who provide delivery services through the platform.
“Customer” means any person who purchases products or services through the platform.
“Affiliate” refers to users promoting DealsNation through referral or marketing programs.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By registering or using DealsNation, users confirm that:
They are at least 18 years old.
They have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
They will use the platform only for lawful purposes.
3. Platform Usage
The platform provides an online marketplace for connecting customers, vendors, and delivery partners.
DealsNation is an intermediary and is not responsible for product quality, delivery delay, or damages caused by third parties.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
4. Vendor Terms
Vendors must provide accurate business information, GST details, and bank account information.
Vendors are responsible for product pricing, packaging, and quality.
DealsNation reserves the right to charge commission or subscription fees as per the chosen plan.
Vendors must comply with all applicable laws, including FSSAI (for food), drug license (for medicine), and GST regulations.
5. Delivery Partner Terms
Delivery partners must possess valid driving licenses, vehicle registration, and insurance.
They are responsible for the safe and timely delivery of goods.
Earnings are based on per-delivery commission and applicable distance or weight slabs.
Misconduct, tampering, or fraud can result in immediate account suspension.
6. Customer Terms
Customers agree to provide correct delivery information.
Once an order is confirmed, cancellation or refund is subject to DealsNation’s Refund & Cancellation Policy.
The customer agrees to pay the total amount shown at checkout.
7. Affiliate / Promoter Terms
Affiliates may earn commissions through valid referral programs.
Any misuse, fake registration, or unethical promotion will lead to termination and forfeiture of earnings.
8. Payment & Settlement
All payments are processed through secure payment gateways.
T+3 business days settlement is applicable for vendors after order completion.
DealsNation reserves the right to deduct applicable taxes, charges, or penalties.
9. GST & Taxation
Vendors and partners must provide valid GST numbers.
Composition scheme vendors are not allowed.
18% GST is applicable on platform subscriptions and commissions.
10. Content & Intellectual Property
All logos, designs, and content on the platform belong to DealsNation.
Users may not copy, modify, or use DealsNation’s name or content without written consent.
11. Data & Privacy
All user data is stored securely and used only for service improvement.
By using the platform, users consent to data collection as described in the Privacy Policy.
12. Suspension / Termination
DealsNation may suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms or engages in fraudulent activity.
Pending dues or payments will be settled after lawful verification.
13. Limitation of Liability
DealsNation shall not be responsible for:
Product defects or wrong deliveries by vendors.
Delays or damages caused by delivery partners.
Losses due to user negligence or misuse of the platform.
14. Modifications
DealsNation reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of such changes.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan.
