This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how orders are processed, packed, shipped, and delivered through our platform.
By placing an order on DealsNation, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Scope of Policy
This policy applies to:
Customer orders placed on the DealsNation App or Website
Vendor and delivery partner shipments through the DealsNation network
Product categories including Grocery, Food, Pharmacy, Electronics, Hardware, Fashion, and Parcel Delivery
2. Order Processing
Orders are processed instantly or within vendor working hours after successful payment or confirmation.
Vendors receive order notifications in their dashboard and must confirm within the allowed time limit.
In case of non-availability of a product, the vendor will notify the customer for replacement or refund.
3. Shipping & Delivery Modes
DealsNation supports the following delivery types:

Orders within the same city are handled by registered DealsNation Delivery Partners.
Delivery is usually completed within 30 to 90 minutes depending on order type and distance.
Real-time tracking is available for supported areas.
🚚 b. Intercity / Parcel Delivery
For parcels or goods between cities, DealsNation connects users with verified vehicle partners and logistics providers.
Delivery timelines vary based on distance, vehicle availability, and shipment type.
🏪 c. Vendor Self-Delivery
Some vendors may deliver directly through their own staff.
DealsNation acts only as an intermediary in such cases.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges depend on:
Distance (in kilometers)
Package weight and dimensions
Delivery mode (bike, car, van, or truck)
Applicable taxes (GST)
Customers will see the final delivery charge before confirming their order.
Example:

0–3 km Up to 10 kg Bike ₹30–₹50
3–10 km Up to 20 kg Small vehicle ₹60–₹100
Intercity 10–100 kg Truck/van Variable (per km rate)
5. Estimated Delivery Time
Category Average Delivery Time
Food Orders 30–45 minutes
Grocery & Pharmacy 1–3 hours
Parcel Delivery (Local) 1–6 hours
Intercity Parcel 1–3 working days
Delivery time may vary due to weather, traffic, vendor delay, or unforeseen events.
6. Order Tracking
Users can track orders through the DealsNation App in real-time (where enabled).
For intercity parcels, a tracking ID will be provided.
Status updates are shared via push notifications or SMS.
7. Packaging
Vendors are responsible for safe, hygienic, and secure packaging.
Fragile or perishable products must be clearly labeled.
DealsNation may assist vendors with packaging materials or branding kits (optional).
8. Delivery Attempts
The delivery partner will attempt to deliver the order once at the provided address.
If the customer is unavailable or unreachable, the order may be:
Returned to the vendor, or
Marked as “undelivered” with applicable cancellation charges.
9. Delivery Partner Guidelines
All delivery partners must carry proper identification and delivery bags.
They are not permitted to open or handle packages beyond pickup and drop.
Any issues during delivery should be reported to customer support immediately.
10. Damaged or Missing Items
Customers must check the order at the time of delivery.
If an item is damaged, missing, or incorrect, it should be reported within 2 hours of delivery through the app or support email.
DealsNation will coordinate between the customer and vendor for resolution or refund.
11. Shipping Restrictions
We currently operate within selected cities and intercity routes.
Deliveries may not be available in remote or restricted areas due to logistical constraint.
12. Liability Disclaimer
DealsNation acts as a technology intermediary between vendors, delivery partners, and customers.
While we ensure best practices for timely and safe delivery, we are not liable for delays, damages, or losses caused by:
Natural calamities
Traffic restrictions
Vendor or delivery partner delays
Incorrect addresses provided by customers.
